Three dental practices, one private and two NHS under common control requiring a complete re-work of its financial management and reporting structure. This task ranges from the re-establishment of the day to day accounting, bookkeeping and cash management to the high-level financial strategy and reporting to stakeholders.
This role requires significant project management input as well as ongoing financial management and control.
