One of the key elements of the Institute for Turnaround’s accreditation process is to submit a selection of case studies evidencing the breadth and range of experience the applicant possesses.
I’ve selected a number of case studies form my recent professional history to demonstrate what is necessary to achieve accreditation by the IfT and at the same time give a flavour of the sort of work I have recently undertaken.
