Recruitment Support

We have all experienced the “journey “that working with recruitment consultants is, whether as an employer looking for a new hire, or being in the job market oneself. Many have experienced both.

This is a challenging and worrying time for all businesses, especially when the recruitment relates to a senior finance position.

I have worked with several clients to recruit a full-time or more permanent replacement for the roles I have filled believing that having done the job myself and worked with the individuals concerned I am in a great place to be able to ensure the right hire is made.

It is not just about the technical financial and accounting skills candidates possess but also ensuring the person is the right for the culture and ethos of the business. This is a perspective that many within the business lack, through no fault of their own but which I can provide.

While recruitment firms will provide many potentially suitable candidates, it is finding the right fit amongst those that is so crucial. It is a mistake no business can afford to make.
